The Company attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data. Therefore, all personal data of users of the website (hereinafter: “Users” or “User”) processed via the website is processed in accordance with the provisions of law applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland concerning the protection of personal data.

Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

The Company processes your personal data, in particular, for the following purposes:

  • responding to your inquiries, including enabling contact for potential cooperation,
  • taking steps prior to entering into a contract or for the performance of a contract, including conducting commercial negotiations,
  • sending information about offers to purchase apartments or information about other investments and sales offers (subject to prior consent),
  • marketing of the Company’s own products and services, as well as making them available to other entities within the group (subject to prior consent),
  • sending newsletters to the indicated e-mail address,

  • request rectification of your personal data,
  • request erasure of your personal data,
  • request restriction of processing of your personal data,
  • data portability to another controller, where the data originates from you and is processed by automated means on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) or on the basis of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

  • object to the processing of personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. processing necessary for legitimate interests pursued by the Company,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
